Favour is an associate in the Firm's Technology Law and Commercial Department with hands-on experience in Start-Up, Scale-up, Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment.
She advises Start-Ups on Capital Raises through either Venture Capital Funds or the issuance of private stock options to Private Investors while keeping their trade secrets and legal rights intact.
Favour has advised technology companies on various aspects of their business operations in the Nigerian technology industry, especially as relates to Data Protection, Intellectual Property Management, Labour and Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Public Policy and Regulatory Compliance.
Due to her passion for International Commercial Law, she was awarded the Outstanding Delegate at the Lagos Model United Nations, a research-based learning conference. This award contributed to her being an International Delegate at the United Nations Environmental Assembly, National Model United Nations, Washington DC in 2017.
After graduating from the University of Lagos, Favour obtained her B.L degree from the Nigerian Law School, Kano. She is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators Nigeria and is currently a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Nigeria.
